Creating a Customer Account

To get the most from Vet-Lab, you’ll need to register with a valid email and keep your details current. When you create your account, please choose a username that respects others’ rights, keep your login details secure, and tell us right away if you think someone else is accessing your account without permission.

Protecting Your Privacy

We take your privacy seriously and follow the EU GDPR 2018 regulations to safeguard your personal information. We collect data like your contact details, information about your animals, payment info (securely processed but not stored), and your communications with us.

We use this data to deliver test results, send service notifications, and with your consent, remind you of routine tests or offer marketing messages. You have control over these communications and can update your preferences anytime through your account or by contacting us directly.

Subscription Services for Animal Care

When you subscribe to our services, you agree to monthly payments charged on the same date each month, with a minimum commitment of three months. You can cancel after this period, but early cancellations include a £25 administrative fee. We don’t offer refunds for cancellations, and any plan changes require another three-month period after the initial one.

Note that subscriptions don’t include worming treatments or guarantee full parasite protection. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your online account or by emailing info@vet-lab.co.uk. We may update prices or plans with 30 days’ notice.

Refunds and Returns

Your purchases are protected under consumer contract regulations. You have 14 days to cancel an order after receiving it and another 14 days to return the item once you notify us. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return, minus standard delivery charges. You’ll usually cover return postage unless we agree otherwise. Other returns and refunds are at our discretion.
