Description
A simple, easy-to-use worm egg count kit for sheep, cattle, goats and pigs.
The test looks for roundworm (strongyle) eggs, Nematodirus, tapeworm and other worm eggs, and also reports coccidia (oocysts) as none, low, moderate or high. Tapeworms are intermittent shedders and do not always show on a worm egg test, so regular testing gives a better picture.
How it works: collect fresh faeces from animals in the same group using the spoon provided, put them in the sample pot as one pooled sample, fill in the label and post the kit back to us the same day. Try to post Monday to Wednesday so the sample is not waiting in the post box over the weekend. Results appear in your account within 24 to 48 hours of the lab receiving your sample. Use one kit for each group of animals.
